The retention of these data does not affect the secrecy of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public safety, making them available to judges and/or courts or the Ministry that so requires.

The communication of data to State Forces and Bodies will be done by virtue of the provisions of the regulations on personal data protection. The user does not acquire any right or license by the contracted service, over the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor over the technical information of service monitoring, except for the rights and licenses necessary for the fulfillment of the contracted services and only during the duration of the same. The user has full responsibility for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, the hypertext links, the claims of third parties, and the legal actions regarding intellectual property, third-party rights, and the protection of minors. The user is responsible for the laws and regulations in force and the rules that have to do with the operation of the online service, e-commerce, copyright, maintenance of public order, as well as universal principles of Internet use.

The user will indemnify LAMBDATECH ESPJ (LAMBDATECH) for the expenses that the imputation of LAMBDATECH ESPJ (LAMBDATECH) could generate in any cause whose responsibility was attributable to the user, including legal fees and expenses of defense, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.

Protection of hosted information LAMBDATECH ESPJ (LAMBDATECH) makes backup copies of the contents hosted on its servers, however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of the data by the users. Similarly, it does not guarantee the total replacement of the data deleted by the users, since the aforementioned data could have been deleted and/or modified during the period elapsed since the last backup.

The services offered, except for the specific backup services, do not include the replacement of the contents stored in the backup copies made by LAMBDATECH ESPJ (LAMBDATECH), when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always with prior acceptance by the user. The replacement of deleted data is only included in the service price when the content loss is due to causes attributable to LAMBDATECH ESPJ (LAMBDATECH).

Commercial communications In application of the LSSI. LAMBDATECH ESPJ (LAMBDATECH) will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means of communication that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients thereof. In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, LAMBDATECH ESPJ (LAMBDATECH) is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services of LAMBDATECH ESPJ (LAMBDATECH) that are similar to those that were initially the subject of contracting with the client.
